API for the permission history is here.

Citizen History

DataGuard keeps a full audit trail of all permission updates, which can be accessed via the API or through the Contact Centre UI. To view this history in the UI, click on the 'History' tab of the Citizen record.

Each transaction can be expanded to view more details using the chevron arrows.

Finally, each individual permission transaction can be expanded by clicking the 'Show more' button next to the status.

Export History to PDF

If you receive a data subject access request (DSAR), you can export the entire history view from the UI into a PDF file that can be shared in a human readable format.

Simply use the 'Print transactions' function at the top-right of the history view.

This will generate a file that can be zipped and encrypted in order to share with the end customer. See below for a preview of how the history looks in PDF format:
