Add your organisational styling to your Dataguard preference centres

What can I customise?

The hosted pages and accompanying emails are very flexible in terms of what can be changed. See the below table for all elements:

Organisational LogoStore a link to your logo image file URL
FontSet your preferred font from our default dropdown list
Background ColoursUse the colour picker to set all background colour sections (content & background sections default to white, logo background to grey & button fill to red)
Font ColoursUse the colour picker to set all background colour sections (content font defaults to black, button font to white)
Company NameSave your organisation name so our email service can add context to end users
Consent & Preference ChoicesPreference centres use Dataguard content templates to define the text copy and inputs that are presented (includes customised success/failure messages and links to your privacy policy)

Set-up steps

  1. Log into the Dataguard consent platform admin portal and select the "Branding" link from the navigation bar
  2. Use the accordions on the right hand side of the view to add the following details:

Header

Set your logo image URL, background colour and organisation name (org name appears in email subject line and body to provide user context)

Content

Sets the font, font colour and background colour of the main text presentation area

1902

Button

Sets the font colour and button fill colour on the page / email

1904

Background

This section will set background colour of the outer presentation area (surrounding the content section)
