Once the application has been uninstalled, the custom fields created by the package will remain with their values so that you can maintain the current state of permissions and manage them externally to Consentric.

  1. In the Consentric Admin area, navigate to the 'Settings' tab.

  2. Click the ‘Reset Everything’ button.

To fully remove the application from Salesforce:

  1. Remove all Consentric components previously added to Salesforce pages.

  2. Navigate to the Installed Packages areas in setup.

  3. Locate the Consentric Application Package and uninstall.
